AI builder · project lead · process engineer

Building and leading AI projects.

Industrial engineer and program manager with eight years across engineering and commercial program management. I build AI tools, agents, and workflows hands-on, and I run the projects around them, from scoping and governance through rollout. Below is what I have built, with outcomes.

Focus  AI program management · use-case triage · governance
Builds with  Anthropic API · n8n · Zapier · Claude Code
Background  industrial engineering + 8 yrs commercial GTM

Ava

Live · in dev
Personal AI agent · sole builder

A custom assistant with Claude as the reasoning engine and Telegram as the interface, wired into Gmail, Notion, and Google Calendar so it reads real context and acts on it.

It can create its own skills to extend what it does, and runs continuously on Railway.

Anthropic APITelegramGmailNotionGoogle CalendarSkillsRailway
OutcomeI use it every day. It reads my email, calendar, and notes, drafts replies, and handles small tasks, so I'm not repeating myself every time.

Nexova

Live platform
Technical program lead

A same-day delivery marketplace for South Florida, now live. I scoped the build, sequenced delivery in phases, and coordinated a three-person team, then built the platform myself in the terminal with Claude Code.

It serves two sides, businesses booking deliveries and drivers fulfilling them, with onboarding, route creation, proof of delivery, and mileage logging. Mapping and routing, authentication, Stripe payments and payouts, and automated notifications are all wired in.

OutcomeA live, two-sided platform delivered by a three-person team. Payments run on Stripe subscriptions, and driver payouts settle automatically through ACH Connect on delivery confirmation.

Vela Digital · AI web builds

Client live
Designer + builder · Vela Digital

Client and demo sites for small businesses, each with a custom AI chat assistant built into the site and trained on that business. The embedded AI chat is the selling point: instead of a static brochure, the site answers a visitor's questions and moves them toward booking.

Naryah Homes (real estate) is live, with demos for a med spa and a law firm.

OutcomeNaryah Homes is live and handling real visitor questions. The build pattern is now repeatable in days rather than weeks.

SoulBit

Launched · retired
First AI product · sole builder

My first AI product, built entirely on no-code. I built the app in Bubble, the site in Webflow, and taught myself to wire multi-step automation by hand in Zapier with OpenAI prompt engineering, mapping the Stripe and API integrations myself. Launched to real users.

What it taught meWhere I learned to think in workflows, process, and integrations. I taught myself prompt engineering, mapped the API and Stripe payment flows by hand, and wired the full system together myself.

TimeCircle

In progress
iOS-first app · sole builder

An app for coordinating availability across time zones. Built in React Native with Expo and Supabase, heading for TestFlight. In active development.

Why it's hereIt's here so I can get hands-on with native and mobile development and build in that space.

Ava action loop

Telegram message in, Claude reasons over it, reads and writes Gmail, Notion, and Calendar, replies. A closed loop that takes action, not a chatbot.

SoulBit · no-code roots

A Bubble app and Webflow site, with a multi-step OpenAI pipeline wired by hand in Zapier. Where I learned to build workflows from nothing.

Nexova payment flow

Stripe subscriptions and ACH Connect, with driver payouts triggered automatically on delivery confirmation.

n8n automation

Building and testing automation workflows in n8n, mapping new use cases as I go. Hands-on and current.

How I run AI projects

01

Use-case triage

Before building, I weigh feasibility, cost, and business fit. Most AI ideas should not be built, and saying so early is part of the job.

02

Governance by design

Clear data handling and documentation built in from the start, not added at the end.

03

Roadmaps and KPIs

I run AI work in phases with defined metrics, the same way I ran a $1M+ partner program and a global product recall across four regions.

04

Stakeholder translation

I read the audience and translate between the technical detail and the business case, in whatever language each side needs.
